All employees of the club are qualified, registered, insured, educated and experienced. The club provides the latest cutting edge equipment and classes, as well as many specialised services.

Membership

    Pressed for time? Love classes? Want to meet people and get fit at the same time... then join in the fun with group exercise. Pump, Attack, Step, RPM, Punch, Circuit

    Specialised Programs:

    Coffs Coast Strong Man
    Outdoor strength based training, 60min sessions, twice a week for all ages and ability levels. The
    exercises are based on the international strong man competition and are lots of fun with plenty of options for everyone. Sessions are designed to push you further than you have ever been pushed before.

    Coffs Coast Boot Camp
    Outdoor fitness based training, 60min sessions, twice a week, for all ages and ability levels. The
    exercises are based on military training, games, team activities and a lot of fun.

    Coffs Coast Pilates
    Indoor mind body based training, 60min sessions, twice a week for all ages and ability levels. The
    exercises are based on correct breathing, movement, balance and flexibility. Sessions are designed to educate you on how to relax, maintain core stability and increase postural awareness.

    Coffs Coast Seniors
    Indoor fitness, strength and flexibility based training, 60min sessions, twice a week for all
    ability levels. The exercises are designed for whole body functional improvement, falls prevention,
    coordination, balance, rehabilitation and social
    interaction.

    What about childminding?
    Childminding is provided every weekday between 9am and 11am
